Depending on the services contracted, the Company may collect personal data including, but not limited to, full name, identification numbers (including SSN, ITIN, national ID number, or passport), date of birth, physical and email address, telephone number, financial information, banking details, tax returns, credit reports, credit history, employment information necessary for payroll processing, notarial documentation, and information required for marriage ceremonies. When interacting through digital platforms, the Company may also collect technical information such as IP addresses or browsing data in accordance with applicable regulations.
